Endure Technology Solutions seeks a versatile In-house Legal Counsel to serve as the organisation's primary legal point of contact. This hands-on generalist role owns the full range of day-to-day legal work — commercial, employment, technology, data, and compliance — and coordinates litigation and specialised IP prosecution through external counsel. Real estate and property matters are handled by a dedicated Property Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial & Corporate: Draft and negotiate MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, vendor and customer contracts; advise on corporate governance and board matters.
  • Commercial & Corporate: Prepare affidavits, undertakings, powers of attorney, and banking documents, and manage the contract lifecycle.
  • Employment & Labour: Draft employment agreements, offer letters, consultancy agreements, HR policies, and non-compete / confidentiality clauses.
  • Employment & Labour: Advise on labour law and POSH compliance; handle separations, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
  • Technology & Data: Draft and negotiate SaaS, software license, development, and data processing agreements; maintain privacy policies and terms of service.
  • Technology & Data: Advise on DPDP / GDPR compliance (localisation, consent, breach notification), IT and cybersecurity policies, open-source licensing, AI risks, and IP / trademark protection; embed legal requirements into product development.
  • Compliance & Regulatory: Manage regulatory and licensing compliance: trade licenses, FSSAI, MSME, GST, ROC / MCA, FEMA / RBI, and IEC / DGFT: and advise on regulatory developments.
  • Litigation & External Counsel: Coordinate and supervise external counsel for litigation, disputes, and specialised IP prosecution.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work across commercial, employment, technology, data privacy, and compliance domains.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, labour law, IP, and data privacy (DPDP / GDPR).
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills with sound commercial judgement.
  • Self-driven and comfortable operating as a sole legal function, knowing when to escalate to external specialists.
