Requirements

Proven ability to work across commercial, employment, technology, data privacy, and compliance domains.
Strong knowledge of contract law, labour law, IP, and data privacy (DPDP / GDPR).
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills with sound commercial judgement.
Self-driven and comfortable operating as a sole legal function, knowing when to escalate to external specialists.
